Our Story
Litch & Co was founded in 2026 by two directors who between them bring over 20 years of property management experience and a background in cleaning and accounting. We saw first-hand how hard it was to find a cleaning company that was truly reliable — one that understood properties, cared about standards, and made life easier rather than harder.
So we built one. By combining deep knowledge of the property sector with the operational discipline that comes from years in business, we've created a service that landlords, letting agents, and homeowners across London can genuinely depend on.
